Our Octomaids were right on time and did a fantastic job cleaning up after all the dust and grime that had built up over two weeks of having a remodel done in our place. They got all the nooks and crannies it had worked it’s way into. It was such a great feeling to have a sparkling clean house again. They didn’t even complain about bringing all their stuff down to a houseboat in the pouring rain! Because our place is a bit confusing to find the first time, the notifications of when our cleaning crew was going to arrive was very helpful so that I could meet them in the parking lot with a cart for their equipment and show them down. Looking forward to having them come back again! Hopefully without the rain storm! Thank you!

We have Octomaids bi-weekly service for several months now. We are pleased so far with the overall service. We have the same team, Aby and her daughter every time, which is really nice. Both of them are nice and does a great job of deep cleaning. We are hoping for this continued excellent service from Aby and her team. The business owners Norma and Steve are also very responsible and dependable folks, very easy to work with. They certainly have met our needs. We wholeheartedly recommend Octomaids for cleaning service. I am coming back to this review with 5 more months of continued service. We are very pleased with Ruth and her team. Octomaids came to our home for the first time yesterday and did an amazing job! I am pretty particular about the cleanliness of my home (some may call it obsessive) but I was looking to get some help on the really deep cleaning. 2 women were here for 5 hours (I have a 1,615 sq ft home) and they scrubbed my house from top to bottom including windows, window seals, blinds, doors, door frames, baseboards, cupboards/cabinets as well as the interior/exterior of the fridge and oven and everything in between. Both women were very polite, courteous and upbeat while at our home. We will absolutely be asking them to come back. Thank you again for your help and the attention to detail - our home looks wonderful!
